Gut-directed hypnotherapy has been shown to help reduce the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome by addressing the gut–brain connection and easing the build-up of stress and tension held within the body. This session can be listened to at any time of day and is particularly helpful when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or aware of tightness in the stomach or abdominal area.
