Is The mind gut reset for me?

If you have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and have been struggling to get relief from your symptoms of pain, bloating, constipation and/or diarrhoea, then yes, it's for you. But remember, as much as I can guide, support and hold you accountable, you still need to put the time into implementing your new knowledge and strategies. You’ll get everything you need to create real long term change in the program, but you do have to put in the work and follow the steps.

How much time is needed each week?

The Mind Gut Reset is broken down into 9 core weekly modules based on breakthrough IBS research. Each weekly module contains 1 to 2 short learning lessons, together with corresponding tasks to complete including listening to your at-home gut directed hypnotherapy session. The program has been designed so you are only spending about 20 minutes per day on it. Because I get it, life can get busy! 

What happens once I join?
