I’m a Psychotherapist and Gut-Directed Hypnotherapist specialising in IBS and the gut–brain connection. I’m also a Certified Wellness Coach and Clinical & Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. Since 2017, I’ve supported thousands of people from around the world to calm their gut, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and ease the anxiety that so often accompanies IBS.
